This past Sunday we celebrated 2 birthdays. Gusti turned 35 and Zane turned 8 months old. Dad was happy to receive all he needed for Zane to finally be able to ride on Dad's bike (baby helmet and all), plus we spent the day in SF relaxing at a park and enjoying our day. All and all, a very good day.

Height: 27in tall (and standing)
Weight: 15lbs 6oz
New Talents: Speed crawler, sit up on butt and knees, chew cheerios and teething biscuits, bwbwbbbb sounds with lips (super funny... we will try to get a video for you to watch), words we think he has said "babbbbb" (bath) and "up,up" (up).
Last but not least on Saturday, one day before Zane's birthday, we notice Zane has a bottom tooth coming in.

P.S. Update on Papa, looks like he is finally coming home from the hospital on Weds October 24, 2007. He seems to be stronger and is adjusting to a new diet. Thanks for your thoughts and prayers.

Happy Birthday!! Both of you, but especially Gus. I hope you had a great weekend. So did you go on that first bike ride with Zane? I've been wondering if you were getting some of the smoke and smell in SF. Mom said it blew into DFW on Thursday and it was really stinky. So I take it with 2 teeth you are starting the weening process, or not? Love the video of him singing to you!
